If you know of an event that pertains to NTCSA’s mission and would like to post the event on the Events Calendar, please fill out the following form.

Events should:
Be related to improving the response to sexual assault.
Be open to the general public and/or Tribal communities.

Events that are unlikely to be approved include (but are not limited to):
Deals, discounts, coupons, or promotions for businesses.
Events primarily serving commercial purposes, such as sales or promotional activities.

Please note:
Submit your event as soon as it is scheduled, regardless of its timing, even if it is several months to a year away.

Provide a detailed description of the event and any pertinent details.
Include a promotional image for the event as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file. Images should not contain offensive or copyrighted material.

Events submitted should be relevant to our audience and align with the focus of our platform. We reserve the right to decline events that do not meet this criteria.

In case of cancellation: Please notify NTCSA as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].

Once submitted, your event will be reviewed to ensure it meets the above guidelines before being posted on the website.

NTCSA staff reserves the right to approve or deny events and to adjust event descriptions or categories at their discretion.

Approved events will be posted on the website within 5-10 business days.

When submitting imagery, you acknowledge that we are authorized to use the image for promotional purposes.
